Zoë spent 9 years at the Shudokan Black Belt Academy in Nottingham under Sensei Ken Robson and left in July of 2015. During that time she was tested to and attained Sandan (3rd Dan).
Zoë started training at Goryukan Belper in July 2019 and was promoted to Shodan (1st Dan) in February 2020. In November 2022 she was promoted to Nidan and level 5 (Dai Go) instructor.
